Roofing Supplies 4 u is a UK based company. We are dedicated to supplying high value products and services to homes and businesses across the UK mainland.

Below is a list of procedures and advice to enable you to protect yourself against such things like: Damaged or inadequate goods being delivered, incorrect products being ordered and other discrepancies that may arise from the moment you begin shopping. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for future reference.



We may at any time make changes to this site and the details displayed on it (including prices).

We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the reasonable control of Roofing Supplies 4 u.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.

To the extent permitted by law, Roofing Supplies 4 u accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury arising as a consequence of this website or of any advice provided.

These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.

In these terms and conditions:-

"Online Roofing Supplies Ltd" or "Roofing Supplies 4 u" means, roofingsupplies4u.co.uk and any other connected organisation that supplies the goods ordered by you and any successor to its business;

"We and Us" means roofingsupplies4u.co.uk either alone or together with you, as the context requires;

"Our" means www.roofingsupplies4u.co.uk;

"You" means the person ordering goods subject to these terms and conditions;

"Goods" means the products or items purchased through this website;

"Consignment" means any order of products or items scheduled for delivery.

Product information, specifications and images:

Product specifications are subject to change with or without notice from the manufacturer and we update our site accordingly, as soon as possible however this is not always immediate and discrepancies are possible.

In such cases where we are not aware of a change in specifications and you have already received your goods we will except a return and do our best to meet your requirements.

All our product specifications are within industry tolerances and are accurate at the time the product being listed on roofingsupplies4u.co.uk.

All sizes/dimensions stated online, on phone or by email are nominal and should be checked prior to use or installation.

Images are for illustrative purposes only and do not always offer a completely accurate representation of the product. Please pay close attention to each products specification and contact our sales team if you are in anyway unsure about the product or you require more information before making any final decisions.

Web images also vary in colour due to individual contrast settings on computer monitors so please contact our sales team on 0844 335 8890 if you are trying to colour match with our products.

Some of our products may vary in colour due to manufacturing processes so we recommend that they are compatibility checked prior to fitting/installation.



We operate a kerbside delivery service for all items that cannot be posted. We therefore require an able bodied person to be on site to accept delivery.

Some large consignments have to be palletised which protects goods and assists with transportation and storage.

When a consignment is due to be delivered on a pallet you will be informed upon placing your order and if you do not have the facility to unload pallets then a tail lift will be arranged at no extra cost.

All stock items are usually delivered within 5 working days and will be delivered on the day which will be arranged by you and our team to ensure the delivery is convenient and avoid a possible failed delivery which in some cases can result in a failed delivery charge.

Failed delivery fees are usually the cost of the delivery and are only implemented if the purchaser has not attempted to facilitate delivery after a schedule has been mutually agreed.

If you need to rearrange your delivery, please contact us on 01903 695396 as soon as possible and we will arrange a more convenient day/time.

If your order has already been dispatched and you are unable to take delivery you will be charged for re-delivery unless you have either not been informed about shipping of your order or your goods where not delivered on the mutually convenient date arrange by you, us and/or our courier.

Items that can be posted do not require a delivery day to be arranged with you. For these items please refer to the product specifications online for an estimated delivery time.

Where a lead-time is not specified this means the item is either a special order item meaning it is likely to be made-to-order or not usually kept in stock.

Sometimes we do not supply a lead-time if your goods must be delivered via specialist transport for example highly flammable liquids or fragile goods such as ceramics.

In either case you will always before informed of an accurate delivery schedule before the consignment is dispatched. If you require such information before you place your order, please get in touch with our sales team who will assist you as best we can.

All time periods stated for delivery are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We will endeavour to arrange your delivery as conveniently as possible and inform you of an estimated time of arrival as accurately as possible however most consignments can only be pin- pointed to a specific day for delivery and not a time of day.


Incorrect/Damaged Goods:

All goods should be checked upon delivery to ensure they are fit for purpose and any damages or discrepancies must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

In the event of any incorrect or damaged goods being delivered a replacement will be sent to you on the condition that the 24 hour time period has not been exceeded and you have reported to the problem to us either by phone on 01903 695396 or in writing via email.

You will not be charged for re-delivery if the damage has occurred before you have taken receipt of delivery.

In most cases a straight swap will be done for a replacement or suitable alternative so due care must be taken to ensure the goods are returned in the condition they were received.

If we cannot source a suitable replacement or alternative a full refund will be offered.

You may be asked for proof of damage or omissions to help us decide what went wrong.

If it is due to a packaging or manufacturing issue etc. it must be resolved before we can dispatch a replacement or alternative.



If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please advise us within 7 working days and simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

We are unable to offer a full refund on the delivery costs and if you have exceeded the 30 day period it is unlikely for us to facilitate any refund on the order.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt of the goods, or alternatively we will exchange the item if preferred

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the consignment using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and all items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund unless the goods were delivered in error or are not fit for purpose.

If an item is ordered by mistake or in error you will receive a full refund minus the cost of delivery and you may also be charged for collection. This can often be avoided by checking the goods before accepting delivery and allowing the courier to take the consignment back.

Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

All goods are property of Roofing Supplies 4 u until delivery is accepted by you in a suitable condition or you have exceeded your 30 day cooling-off period.

Goods to be returned are also the property of Roofing Supplies 4 u therefore due care must be taken to ensure the goods are returned in saleable condition.

Pricing and Offers:

However order/payment confirmations and quotes where an unambiguous breakdown of prices will be provided along with gross figures do include V.A.T.

Delivery costs are calculated upon processing your order online. You will be advised of the total cost prior to placing your order and advised of any additional costs before your order is accepted.

Prices and offers are subject to change with or without notice and only apply to new orders after the price has been updated on roofingsupplies4u.co.uk or the online price has been superseded by one or more of our promotional offers advertised elsewhere. Time limits for these offers are clearly stated where advertised and may be subject to withdrawal however vouchers/coupons remain effective until the expiry date.

Some UK mainland addresses are subject excess delivery charges which will be invoiced separately and brought too your attention as early as possible.

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling and are valid at the time of purchase.

We cannot confirm a delivery date until you have paid for your order in full including applicable delivery charges.

Upon payment we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail. This will be sent to the e-mail address you provided on your user account application.

Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
